老字號

老字號果然係老字號

陸羽既蝦餃真係超好味!! 好味x1000000!!
佢個皮比出面果d厚少少, 但其實唔覺得"厚重",
反而當個皮個份量係承托到個饀, perfect既配合, 係超好味架!!

(係啦, 蝦餃都算; 家下果d新開既上海舖既小籠包先過份, 都唔知識唔識食既, 一味追求個皮薄多汁. 家下成日食到果d皮係過份薄而入面d汁係好唔成比例地多既小籠包!! 我唔覺得呢d小籠包好味喎!! 我覺得個皮薄多汁既精髓係要兩者份量配搭得宜, 個皮唔係薄到承托唔到d汁, 只係一層布咁. 最好既小籠包, 係可以俾一個正常識用筷子既人夾得起唔會穿之餘仲係會令人覺得佢皮薄多汁!! 紅磡間黃家沙同佢隔籬果間唔記得咩名都做到, 以前佐敦間雪園都得架~~冇記錯北角雪園同埋老飯店都好味的~)


反而太媽推介既灌湯餃我就覺得一般姐...不過都係好味呀.....鴻蒸金窮船都死埋一邊啦....我覺得好味過蓮香tim呀....不過蓮香經濟好多係真, 個quality都唔差, 都係鴻蒸金窮船要死開既...

(殊~~ 唔好講俾我老板知我去攞完visa之後蛇左去飲完茶先返office呀...)
